Ingredients:
- Kale, chopped
- Chickpeas
- Fresh basil, chopped
- Red onion, minced
- Dried cranberries
- Shredded carrots
- Garlic, minced
- Sprinkle of: salt, pepper + red pepper flakes
- Drizzle of: extra virgin olive oil, honey and lemon juice
- Mix it all together, let it hang in the fridge for a bit to let all the flavors "melt" together. Enjoy!
