Healthy Caesar Salad Dressing

This recipe is so easy to follow and the result is delicious. I've made this recipe so many times! It is really delicious and beats any Caesar salad I have had in a restaurant. 

  • 1/2 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 pinch of chilli flakes (optional)
  • 2 cloves of garlic, pressed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • In bowl, whisk together yogurt, oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper; stir in Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
