This recipe is so easy to follow and the result is delicious. I've made this recipe so many times! It is really delicious and beats any Caesar salad I have had in a restaurant.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 pinch of chilli flakes (optional)
- 2 cloves of garlic, pressed
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- In bowl, whisk together yogurt, oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper; stir in Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
