Ingredients:
- 1 lb. asparagus, trimmed and halved
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halves
- 1 tbsp. sliced basil leaves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
- Steam asparagus for 5-7 minutes until fork tender. In a large bowl place asparagus, tomatoes and basil.
- Stir in olive oil, lemon juice and mustard. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
