Grilled Chicken With Tomato Zucchini

2 sm. zucchini, sliced into strips
1 Chicken breast, cooked
1/2 avocado, sliced thinly
1 onion, sliced
16 oz. can crushed tomatoes
2  tbsp. light olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Oregano to taste
1 tsp parmesan cheese (optional)


Heat oil; add sliced zucchini and onion, lightly brown. Add tomatoes and spices. Mix and simmer 30 minutes. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top (optional). Place cooked chicken breast on top of the tomato zucchini. Add thinly sliced avocado for garnish. Enjoy!
