Baked Cinnamon Banana

I think I'm addicted to this! I've made it twice in the past two days. They are very filling and satisfies any sweet cravings you may have while still being healthy.

  • 1 large banana
  • 1teaspoon honey
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Slice a banana, drizzle honey, sprinkle cinnamon, put in the oven for 10 minutes at 350 degrees and serve. These banana are great on it's own, over porridge or weetabix, on toast, with yogurt, or over ice cream. Enjoy!
