Ingredients

4 Large Potatoes, washed and dried
2 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Rosemary
1 Tbsp Granulated Garlic
1 Tbsp Onion Powder Salt and Pepper (to taste)

3 Tbsp Olive Oil


Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cut each potato into 8 wedges and place them on a microwave safe plate and microwave for 5 minutes.
Once the potatoes come out of the microwave place them in baking dish with olive oil, salt, pepper, fresh rosemary, garlic powder and onion powder. Mix well and let stand for 10 minutes so that the warm potatoes can absorb all the flavor of the garlic, rosemary and olive oil.
Roast potatoes for 30 minutes or until crispy golden brown, turning them
once after 15 minutes so that both sides get crispy golden brown.

Ingredients:

2 1/2 pounds chicken wing sections
1 tbsp kosher salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tbsp all purpose flour
Coat wings, and bake at 425 F., turning every 15-20 minutes, until they are browned and crispy. Total cooking time will be about 45 mins, but that depends on the size and temperature of your wings.

1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup Sriracha
1/4 tsp sesame oil

Parmesan Garlic Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients:
1 Large Bunch of Asparagus, bottom 2 inches trimmed off 2 Tbsp of Olive Oil ¼ cup of Fresh Parmesan cheese Salt and Pepper to taste Lemon, optional
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top. Place them back in the oven and let them roast for 2 more minutes

Lay the asparagus in a single layer on a large baking sheet and toss them around in the olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper and pop them in the oven and let them roast for 10 to 12 minutes.
Serve with a squeeze of lemon.

How To Make Creamy Shrimp Alfredo Pasta In 30 Minutes

A must try creamy shrimp Alfredo pasta! It is surprisingly easy to make and is ready in under 30 minutes. This Shrimp pasta is major comfort food. Ingredients 3/4 lb fettuccine or spaghetti pasta 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined 4 Tbsp butter 1 Tbsp garlic and onion powder 1/3 cup white wine (optional) 2 cups heavy whipping cream 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese S&P to taste Parsley or basil for garnish if desired Instructions Add 3/4 lb pasta to a pot of boiling water with 1 Tbsp salt and cook according to package instructions until al-dente. Drain without rinsing and set aside. While pasta is cooking, prepare the shrimp and sauce. Place a large, non-stick pan over medium/high heat and add 2 Tbsp butter. Once butter is melted, add shrimp and cook 2 min per side or just until cooked through and no longer translucent. Add salt and pepper to taste, Remove to a separate dish to prevent overcooking. In the same hot pan, add 2 Tbsp butter with onion powder and garlic powder, stirring often. Cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Stir in 1/3 cup white wine and boil down until there is only 25% of the liquid left. Stir in 2 cups cream, bring to a light boil then simmer 2 min. Sprinkle sauce with 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese and stir just until creamy and smooth. Let it come just to a simmer without boiling then turn off the heat and season sauce with more salt, pepper and parsley to taste.

These Cheesy Bacon Ranch Potatoes are incredibly crispy, super cheesy, loaded with bacon.These potatoes are soft on the inside, crispy on the out and flavored with ranch seasoning mix and tons of herbs.

Ingredients
2 lb of Potatoes, peeled and cut into 1” pieces
3 Tbsp Olive Oil 1 Tbsp of Onion Powder
1/2 cup of Ranch Dressing
1 Tbsp of Garlic Powder 2 tsp of Dry Parsley
2) Add the potatoes to a baking dish along with the olive oil, dried onion powder. garlic powder, dried parsley, salt and pepper. Stir together to mix and pop it in the oven for 30 minutes.
5 Slices of Cooked Bacon, chopped into bite size pieces
1-1/2 cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1) Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
2 Scallions, chopped Salt and Pepper, to taste
4) Remove the potatoes from the oven, spoon the ranch dressing over the potatoes (I kind of drizzle it over them) then scatter the bacon and green onions over that and top it with the cheese. Pop it back in the oven for 5 to 6 minutes or until the cheese has fully melted. Enjoy!
3) After 30 minutes, stir the potatoes a little and pop them back in the oven for an additional 30 minutes. Make sure to stir them half way through the last 30 minutes.

These lemon chicken thighs are juicy, flavorful, and easy to make. The chicken bursts with flavor thanks to fresh lemon, oregano, garlic, and mustard.

Easy Sauteed Garlic Shrimps:

1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil into frypan on high temp.
2. Add in 1 tablespoon butter (optional) to melt into the heated oil.
3. Fry in the 10 pcs of chopped minced garlic for 1 min.
4. Throw in the 1 pound deshell deveined patted-dry shrimps and cook for 2 mins.
5. Flip the shrimps over as they have turned into opaque color.
6. Lower heat to medium and add in the spice of 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon red chili flakes, and some of the chopped parsley.

Ingredients:

Milk: 8 cups
Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon
Sugar: ½ cup
Method
Ghee: 1 tablespoon
Let the milk to boil in a heavy pot.
Let it reduce to half.
Add lemon juice. Milk will start to curdle. Do not use more lemon juice, otherwise milk will get separated in two portions, solid white and water. It should just curdle little. If milk water is more, you may take out little water from it and cook the rest of thick portion.
Add sugar and ghee and mix continuously.
Cook till milk water is completely evaporated. Gently stir thought out the process.
Turn off the heat.
Immediately transfer this to a square cake pan. Cover it with foil paper. Let it set for 2-3 hours.
Remove the cover and cut into square or rectangular pieces.

INGREDIENTS

4 Chicken breasts ( cut in long pieces)
2 tsp Italian seasoning
I Tsp garlic paste
salt and pepper to your taste
1 cup flour (To coat the chicken)
1 lb thick sliced mushrooms
olive oil
1 large onion
For the sauce

3 Tbs fresh basil, chopped
4 Tbs butter
2 Tbs flour
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup half n half
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

If you’ve never had smashed potatoes before, you are in for quite a treat. It’s pretty much the best kind of potato side dish you could ever have – fluffy on the inside yet incredibly crisp on the outside. Couple that with some garlic goodness and fresh rosemary, and it is absolute perfection. It’s so good, you’ll want to devour it all without a main dish! These yummy smashed potatoes are crisp on the outside with a creamy center and irresistible cheesy crust. One of the easiest side dishes to serve. INGREDIENTS: 24 ounces Dutch yellow baby potatoes 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet/ coat with nonstick spray or use parchment paper In a large pot of boiling water, cook potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes; drain well. Place potatoes onto the prepared baking sheet. Using a potato masher or fork, carefully smash the potatoes until flattened but still in one piece. Top with olive oil, garlic and rosemary. Prawn Masala Curry I Prawn Curry Recipe



Delicious curry with fresh spicy flavours - ideal for part of a relaxed curry buffet. Prawns are a great source of high quality protein, and provide some of the most important vitamins and minerals that make up a healthy diet. They are surprisingly low in calories and are made up of extremely healthy cholesterol. The same 100 grams of prawns contains only about 115 calories.

Ingredients:
Prawns, medium sized (cleaned and deveined) 500 gms
Onions, fine chopped- 2 small
Tomatoes, fine chopped- 2 small
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Red Chilli powder- 1 tsp or less as per taste
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
Oil- 2 tbsp
Garam masala powder- 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves, chopped- 1 tbsp

Directions:

Devein and wash the prawns well with cold water. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a cast iron pan and add some cumin seeds and toss until they expel a warm, rich aroma.Add the chopped onions.
Add the 1 cup of water or coconut milk, let it come to a boil, lower the heat to low and cover & cook for around 10 mins. Now sprinkle chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with roti or rice.

Add the chopped tomatoes, mix and add the salt. Cook for around 5 mins till tomatoes are soft. Add all the powders other than garam masala powder. Mix and add 1/2 cup of water. Keep cooking on medium for around 2-3 mins till the masalas are cooked. Now add the prawns and mix well. Fry for around 5 mins on medium heat.

Fry on medium to low heat till translucent( around 8-10 mins) and add the ginger garlic paste. Mix and fry for around 2 mins till raw smell is gone.

Add the chopped tomatoes, mix and add the salt. Cook for around 5 mins till tomatoes are soft. Add all the powders other than garam masala powder. Mix and add 1/2 cup of water. One Pan Chicken Parmesan/How To Make Classic Chicken Parmesan


Chicken Parmesan (also called Chicken Parmigiana) is one of the most loved, most popular AND most ordered chicken recipes in the world. The Best Chicken Parmesan recipe, made a bit healthier! Breaded chicken cutlets are baked, not fried yet the chicken is so moist and full of flavor.

Ingredients:
4 Chicken breasts
1 Cup breadcrumbs
1 Cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 small eggs or one large EGGS
1½ Cups tomato sauce
1/2 Cup of all purpose flour
1/2 Cup olive oil
Coat the chicken in the flour and shake off the excess. Dip in egg mixture and then coat in bread crumbs, making sure the crumbs adhere and chicken is fully coated.
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350° F. Combine bread crumbs and Italian seasoning. Beat eggs in separate bowl and spread the flour on a plate and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken slices two at time and sauté until golden, 2-3 minutes per side. Remove all 4 slices and set on a plate.
Cover with remaining sauce, Parmesan cheese, and top each piece of chicken with mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with basil (optional) and bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
Add ½ a cup of tomato sauce to the bottom of the cast iron skillet. Return all four pieces of chicken to the cast iron skillet and arrange with the least amount of overlap possible.

Place butter in a skillet Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally for about 3 minutes, or until the butter begins to change into golden brown and has a nutty fragrance. Place chicken in skillet and cook for 2 - 3 minutes until golden. Turn and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes. Turn heat down slightly to medium high. Make a bit of room in the pan and add garlic paste and top with remaining dab of butter. Stir garlic briefly once butter melts. Add soy sauce, brown sugar and honey. Stir / shake pan to combine. Bring sauce to simmer, then simmer for 1 minute or until slightly thickened. Turn chicken to coat in sauce. If the sauce gets too thick, add a touch of water if needed and stir. Remove from stove immediately. Place chicken on plates and drizzle over remaining sauce. Garnish with Sesame seeds.
To serve, drizzle with the reserved brown butter sauce. Serve with steamed vegetables; over rice or with a salad. Enjoy!
