Ingredients:
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 3 tbsp. real maple syrup
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. unsweetened, shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp. hydrolyzed gelatin (optional)
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and pour into the molds. This recipe fills 4 molds.
Place in freezer and let sit for 5-6 hours. Enjoy!
