Creamy Coconut Popsicle

  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp. real maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. unsweetened, shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp. hydrolyzed gelatin (optional)


Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and pour into the molds. This recipe fills 4 molds.
Place in freezer and let sit for 5-6 hours. Enjoy!
