Cocoa Pancakes


Ingredients:
  • 1 small banana
  • 3 tbsp. almond flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp. stevia or honey (optional)


Directions:

Peel banana and place it into food processor or blender. Add in eggs, almond flour and raw cacao powder. Mix together. Add in coconut oil and continue to blend together.

Heat up skillet or griddle on medium-low heat. Scoop about 3-4 tablespoons of batter and cook until bubbly on top and golden on the bottom. Flip and cook until golden on the bottom, Serve immediately with butter on top and light maple syrup. Enjoy!
