How To Make Tropical Mango Pineapple Smoothie In Vitamix

Pineapple is one of my favorite fruits to include in a smoothie and this one uses pineapple along with some mango.

Mangoes contain high level of vitamin C, fibre and pectin making it a perfect fruit that helps in controlling high cholesterol level. Another benefit of eating mangoes is that it cleanses your skin from deep inside your body. It treats pores and gives a glow to your skin. Hence, eat mangoes to get a flawless skin.

Pineapple is good for your body both inside and out – eating a few slices of fresh pineapple a day can defend your body from harmful free radicals and disease, help your digestion by cleaning the body's organs and blood, increase your energy intake and boost metabolism, nourish your hair, skin.

Oranges are among the world's most popular fruits, as they're both tasty and nutritious. They are a good source of vitamin C, as well as several other vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. For this reason, they may lower your risk of heart disease and kidney stones.


1 cup water or almond milk (original/unsweetened)
 2 clementines or 1 orange, peeled
 1 medium ripe mango, peeled
 1 1/4 cups fresh pineapple


Put everything in the blender in the order that it’s listed and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
