How To Make Sweet Potato Smoothie In Vitamix

This Sweet Potato Smoothie is ultra-thick and creamy and has the most amazing flavour. It tastes like sweet potato pie This Sweet Potato Smoothie is a healthy breakfast option, made with cooked sweet potatoes and ginger. This smoothie is a healthy way to use up leftover baked potatoes.


Ingredients:
1 sweet potato, cooked and cooled
½ teaspoon fresh ginger root
1 cup of almond milk
1 tbsp. honey
1 cup ice cubes


Directions:
Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid. Select Variable 1.

Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High. Blend for 1 minute. Enjoy!
