Makes about 4-5 servings
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 yellow pepper, cut into strips
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 onion, cut into thin slices
1/2 tsp chilli powder
Salt
1 tbsp oil
10 flour tortillas
Chicken Marinade
1 1/4 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into thin slices
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp dried cilantro/parsley
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder/ paste
1/2 tsp ground cumin
