Chicken Karahi or Chicken Kadai is a spicy, homestyle chicken curry with fragrant spices and fresh ginger. What is a Karahi or Kadai? A thick, circular, metal cooking pot, similar to a wok that is used in Indian cooking for curries, sautéed vegetables and deep frying.

Mustard seeds 1tsp
5-6 Cloves
Garlic paste 1tbsp
Ginger paste 1tbsp
Salt to taste
Water 1/2 cup
Tomatoes 3 (large)
Yoghurt 1/2 cup
Garam masala 1tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Fresh greeen chilies 5-6
For garnishing:
Chopped cilantro
& Julienne cut ginger
