3/4 lb fettuccine or spaghetti pasta
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp garlic and onion powder
1/3 cup white wine (optional)
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
S&P to taste
Parsley or basil for garnish if desired
Instructions
Add 3/4 lb pasta to a pot of boiling water with 1 Tbsp salt and cook according to package instructions until al-dente. Drain without rinsing and set aside.
While pasta is cooking, prepare the shrimp and sauce. Place a large, non-stick pan over medium/high heat and add 2 Tbsp butter. Once butter is melted, add shrimp and cook 2 min per side or just until cooked through and no longer translucent. Add salt and pepper to taste, Remove to a separate dish to prevent overcooking.
In the same hot pan, add 2 Tbsp butter with onion powder and garlic powder, stirring often. Cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Stir in 1/3 cup white wine and boil down until there is only 25% of the liquid left.
Stir in 2 cups cream, bring to a light boil then simmer 2 min. Sprinkle sauce with 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese and stir just until creamy and smooth. 1 tablespoon corn starch
Heat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Heat remaining tablespoon of oil in a large oven-safe skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Add the smashed garlic then cook about 1 minute or until you can smell toasted garlic and the garlic has browned around the edges. Remove the garlic, but leave the oil.</div>
Add the chicken, skin-side down, into the hot garlic-infused oil and cook 2 to 3 minutes or until the skin has turned golden brown. Add cooked smashed garlic.

1. In a large pan heat oil. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden, over medium-low heat. stir occasionally.</div>

2. When onions are transparent Add chopped tomatoes and cook, stirring occasionally, until soft. Add curry powder and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes. Add grated garlic and ginger. season with salt and pepper, cook for 5 minutes. </div>

3. Add chicken and cook for 20-25 minutes. Add water, cover and cook 10 minutes more and cook until lightly thickens. Add the chopped spinach leaves and mix well, keep the heat on low and cover & cook for 5 mins. Enjoy!</div>
