Quinoa Broccoli Bites


Ingredients:
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
 
Directions:
  • Steam or boil broccoli, drain and chop or mash the broccoli with a fork or masher first.
  • In a bowl mix it with the rest of the ingredients and place them in a baking sheet or mold pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 375. Enjoy!
