Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Steam or boil broccoli, drain and chop or mash the broccoli with a fork or masher first.
- In a bowl mix it with the rest of the ingredients and place them in a baking sheet or mold pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 375. Enjoy!
