Bacon-Apple Pie

  • 5 slices bacon, cut in half
  • 1 large apple
  • Cinnamon, optional
  • Cut the sides off of the apple, leaving the core in the middle. Then cut the apples into smaller wedges. Wrap bacon around wedge of apple, covering as much apple as possible. Place seam side down on the rack of a counter top oven.
  • Bake at 375 degrees F for 10 minutes in counter top oven then flip and cook an additional 5 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Enjoy!
