How To make Zucchini Flat Bread/Zucchini Roti

This is super easy vegan recipe, very tasty and simple to make. The good thing about this recipe is that you don’t have to squeeze the juice from your zucchini to use it, making it quicker and easier to prepare.

Zucchini has a good amount of potassium: 295 milligrams per cup, or 8% of your recommended daily value. Zucchini is also high in the antioxidant vitamin C, which may help the lining of your blood cells function better, lowering blood pressure and protecting against clogged arteries.

Zucchini is a good source of fiber, which is great for weight loss because it slows down digestion of food and keeps you full for longer. It also has a high water content, which adds bulk to what you eat without extra calories.
