Homemade Healthy Caesar Salad Dressing Without Anchovies (Low Calories)


This Natural Yogurt Caesar Salad is a healthy and low fat alternative to traditional Caesar salad! It’s ultra creamy and delicious and it’s so easy to make with basic ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen!

Homemade Caesar salad dressing is almost always better than the stuff you can buy in a bottle at the grocery store but traditional recipes are SO unhealthy. I love this recipe, and it’s become one of those staple recipes in our family that I make almost weekly.

Ingredients:

I tbs of olive oil
1 cup of 2% plain yogurt or greek yogurt
1/2 tbs garlic powder
1/3 cup of parmesan cheese




I often make this dressing by throwing all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it up, but using a blender also works very well if you want ultra smooth Caesar salad dressing. It's up to you! You can also use Greek yogurt instead of 2% and can add salt and pepper to taste. 

This dressing also stays fresh in the tightly closed jar in the fridge for several days for you to enjoy all by yourself! We even use the dressing as a dip for veggies sometimes, which is another delicious way to enjoy it!
