How To Make Easy and Healthy Classic Stuffed Peppers

Arrange your peppers cut-side up in a baking dish that’s lightly coated with nonstick spray. This recipe will yield 8 pepper halves. Next, cook your beef and spices together in a skillet until browned and cooked through. Pour in your can of tomato pasta sauce and let simmer for 1 minute.
Remove the skillet from the heat, and stir in your rice. Fill each pepper half with the yummy mixture, cook it for half an hour at 350 then top with your favorite cheese.
