Sweet 'n Spicy Cucumber Salad

2 tbs. lime juice, pure, organic
2 tbs. honey, raw, unfiltered, organic
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes, crushed, organic
1/4 tsp. sea salt, unrefined and pure
1 lrg. cucumber, fresh, organic


Whisk together lime juice, sweetener, crushed red pepper and sea salt. Add cucumber to a serving dish. Then add chives, basil and cilantro. Stir to combine. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Makes 8 servings (1/2 cup each approx.) **Change the spices up to suit you. Add any other veggies or fruits to this that you might like.
