Ingredients
1 med. apple, Granny Smith, fresh, organic
1 c. almond milk, unsweetened, organic
0.25 c. yogurt, greek, plain, full-fat, plain, organic
1 tsp. cinnamon, ground, organic
1 tbs. almond butter, organic, raw
2 tsp. honey, raw, unfiltered, organic
1 tbs. flax seeds, ground or meal, organic
Directions
Core and chop apple and put everything in blender and blend high speed until well mixed. Delicious for breakfast or snacks. I have these for snack times quite often.
