Strawberry Cream Pie

This recipe is the bomb - so easy and sooooo yummy - what you've been looking for those hot summer nights.


3.5 oz. walnuts, raw, organic
0.25 c. coconut, unsweetened, shredded, organic
2 c. strawberries, fresh, organic
4.5 oz. cashews, raw, organic
2 tbs. vanilla extract, organic
1 c. coconut oil, raw, extra-virgin, organic
1 pinch sea salt, unrefined and pure
0.5 c. honey, raw, unfiltered, organic


Grind walnuts (or substitute pecans) and shredded coconut in food processor, and press in bottom of 9" pie pan, building up the sides slightly. Place remaining ingredients in blender (warm the coconut oil and honey before adding to blender) and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into pie pan, arrange some extra sliced strawberries on top, and refrigerate between 30 minutes and 3 hours. Yes, it's that easy - OMG!!!
