Watermelon Detox Water
Ingredients
- 1 lemon (optional)
- a handful of mint leaves
- a large chunk of watermelon (basically what fills your pitcher)
- 1-2 liters of water
Instructions
- When making it, if you use less water, it'll be stronger and more flavorful. More water means it'll be a little weaker, or last longer.
- Slice a large chunk of watermelon into cubes, including the rind, and put them in your pitcher.
- Cut the lemon into wedges and toss in with the watermelon.
- Add some fresh mint leaves and pour water into the pitcher.
- Allow it to sit overnight so the flavors steep and infuse into the water like tea.
