Roasted Rosemary and Garlic Potatoes


Ingredients

4 Large Potatoes, washed and dried
2 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Rosemary
1 Tbsp Granulated Garlic
1 Tbsp Onion Powder Salt and Pepper (to taste)

3 Tbsp Olive Oil


Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cut each potato into 8 wedges and place them on a microwave safe plate and microwave for 5 minutes.
Once the potatoes come out of the microwave place them in baking dish with olive oil, salt, pepper, fresh rosemary, garlic powder and onion powder. Mix well and let stand for 10 minutes so that the warm potatoes can absorb all the flavor of the garlic, rosemary and olive oil.
Roast potatoes for 30 minutes or until crispy golden brown, turning them
once after 15 minutes so that both sides get crispy golden brown.

Honey Sriracha Chicken Wings


Ingredients:

2 1/2 pounds chicken wing sections
1 tbsp kosher salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tbsp all purpose flour
Coat wings, and bake at 425 F., turning every 15-20 minutes, until they are browned and crispy. Total cooking time will be about 45 mins, but that depends on the size and temperature of your wings.
For the Honey Sriracha glaze:
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup Sriracha
1/4 tsp sesame oil
sesame seeds to garnish

Parmesan Garlic Roasted Asparagus


Asparagus low in calories and a great source of nutrients, including fiber, folate and vitamins A, C and K. Additionally, eating asparagus has a number of potential health benefits, including weight loss, improved digestion, healthy pregnancy outcomes and lower blood pressure
Ingredients:
1 Large Bunch of Asparagus, bottom 2 inches trimmed off 2 Tbsp of Olive Oil ¼ cup of Fresh Parmesan cheese Salt and Pepper to taste Lemon, optional
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top. Place them back in the oven and let them roast for 2 more minutes

Lay the asparagus in a single layer on a large baking sheet and toss them around in the olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper and pop them in the oven and let them roast for 10 to 12 minutes.
Serve with a squeeze of lemon.

How To Make Creamy Shrimp Alfredo Pasta In 30 Minutes

A must try creamy shrimp Alfredo pasta! It is surprisingly easy to make and is ready in under 30 minutes. This Shrimp pasta is major comfort food. Ingredients 3/4 lb fettuccine or spaghetti pasta 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined 4 Tbsp butter 1 Tbsp garlic and onion powder 1/3 cup white wine (optional) 2 cups heavy whipping cream 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese S&P to taste Parsley or basil for garnish if desired Instructions Add 3/4 lb pasta to a pot of boiling water with 1 Tbsp salt and cook according to package instructions until al-dente. Drain without rinsing and set aside. While pasta is cooking, prepare the shrimp and sauce. Place a large, non-stick pan over medium/high heat and add 2 Tbsp butter. Once butter is melted, add shrimp and cook 2 min per side or just until cooked through and no longer translucent. Add salt and pepper to taste, Remove to a separate dish to prevent overcooking. In the same hot pan, add 2 Tbsp butter with onion powder and garlic powder, stirring often. Cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Stir in 1/3 cup white wine and boil down until there is only 25% of the liquid left. Stir in 2 cups cream, bring to a light boil then simmer 2 min. Sprinkle sauce with 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese and stir just until creamy and smooth. Let it come just to a simmer without boiling then turn off the heat and season sauce with more salt, pepper and parsley to taste.

Cheesy Bacon Ranch Potatoes


These Cheesy Bacon Ranch Potatoes are incredibly crispy, super cheesy, loaded with bacon.These potatoes are soft on the inside, crispy on the out and flavored with ranch seasoning mix and tons of herbs.

Ingredients
2 lb of Potatoes, peeled and cut into 1” pieces
3 Tbsp Olive Oil 1 Tbsp of Onion Powder
1/2 cup of Ranch Dressing
1 Tbsp of Garlic Powder 2 tsp of Dry Parsley
2) Add the potatoes to a baking dish along with the olive oil, dried onion powder. garlic powder, dried parsley, salt and pepper. Stir together to mix and pop it in the oven for 30 minutes.
5 Slices of Cooked Bacon, chopped into bite size pieces
1-1/2 cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1) Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
2 Scallions, chopped Salt and Pepper, to taste
4) Remove the potatoes from the oven, spoon the ranch dressing over the potatoes (I kind of drizzle it over them) then scatter the bacon and green onions over that and top it with the cheese. Pop it back in the oven for 5 to 6 minutes or until the cheese has fully melted. Enjoy!
3) After 30 minutes, stir the potatoes a little and pop them back in the oven for an additional 30 minutes. Make sure to stir them half way through the last 30 minutes.

Oven Roasted Lemon Pepper Chicken Legs

Pre-heat your Oven and cook - Bake @400°F for 40 minutes and then turn the pieces over and cook additional 15 minutes. Turn off Bake and now Cook it for additional 7 minutes on Broil or until it's fully cook. Enjoy!
