Yummiest Oven-Roasted Corn

  • 4 ears of corn
  • 4 tbsps. butter (softened)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Dash of cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Very generously season your corn on the cobs with kosher salt and pepper.
  • Add a pat of butter to the tops and roast on a smallbaking sheet or roasting pan for 30 minutes.
  • While it's cooking, turn the corn occasionally.
This is a simple dish that's completely amazing. Enjoy!
