Ingredients:
- 4 ears of corn
- 4 tbsps. butter (softened)
- Salt, to taste
- Dash of cayenne pepper (optional)
- Black pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Very generously season your corn on the cobs with kosher salt and pepper.
- Add a pat of butter to the tops and roast on a smallbaking sheet or roasting pan for 30 minutes.
- While it's cooking, turn the corn occasionally.
