Yummy Gluten Free Snack

Yummy Snack idea!!

This may look like a sandwich at first glance, but it's healthier because there's no bread. Most bread, even whole-grain wheat bread, is little more than filler, having even been found by studies to make people fat! So, just stack tomatoes, some mozzarella cheese, basil and asparagus and drizzle with some balsamic vinaigrette. Enjoy!

    1. Oh geez Pat Animated, people would probably listen more often if you didn't bully your opinions upon them!! And vegan cheese is gross!! This snack looks absolutely delish, thank you for recipe.

    2. Now that you got your bias out of the way Pat, you might try gaining knowledge before your next rant. I'm glad you enjoy the vegan lifestyle and if it works for you great! I have found a different eating style that works for me and I'm always willing to share my experience of what works for me, but I would never push it on someone else like your attempt here. I have never understood why people think they will change people's minds by bullying them! If I may? If you find an article or recipe that isn't to your liking, please feel free to just pass it on by! It will help your bp and stop wasting time for those of us that are interested!

  2. Agreed! Cheese does not make you fat! Processed wheat does! Which is what they make wheat bread out of. Or better yet white bread made of BLEACHED flour! Lol this recipe looks Delish!!!
