Baked Egg Toast



Mmmm…. this is a definite breakfast recipe to try. There really is not one thing on that plate you won’t love!

Ingredients:

2 slices brown bread or gluten free bread
1/4 cup grated cheese
1 tbsp chopped green onions
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
2 boiled egg, sliced
Butter,
Salt & black pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven for 350F. Butter both sides of the bread. Spread sliced hard boiled egg on top. Sprinkle salt and fresh black pepper on it. Mix cheese, green onions and cilantro. Add cheese mixture on top of the sliced egg. Cook it in the oven for 4-6 mitues or until cheese is melted. Take it out from the oven and slice it in half. Eat immediately. Enjoy!
