Paleo Banana Blueberry Pancakes

A quick, easy, flourless and low-calorie banana breakfast in a  minutes. These banana pancakes have very light texture because there is no flour in it. It makes simple and healthy breakfast.

Banana-based pancake recipe. No flour, no sugar...just 3 healthy ingredients!
  • Blueberries...
  • 2 Large  Egg
  • 1-1/2 Large Ripe Banana
  • Peel and slice banana.
  • Mash banana and add egg.
  • Mix until fully combined.
  • Heat a skillet on medium.
  • Apply coconut oil or butter to the skillet.
  • Use only 1 or 2 tablespoons of batter for each mini pancake. Remember the smaller, the more manageable the pancakes are.
  • Add blueberries to taste.
  • Cook each side until lightly brown. Enjoy!
