Avocado Egg Salad

2 egg
0.25  fresh avocado
1 tsp. dijon mustard
sea salt & fresh ground pepper to taste


Hard boil the eggs. When they are done, peel and mash them. Add the other ingredients, and mash them all together in a bowl. Serve over cucumbers and tomatoes.
