This will melt in your mouth! This recipe is so simple, you will love it!

This pork tenderloin soaks up the yummy juices as it cooks and doesn’t include a ton of ingredients. It’s simple. I don't even add any other liquids. Make sure to serve up the au jus on the side - its amazing!
Pork meat contains low salt and has rich source of proteins. It contains B vitamins and minerals. It is good to our health because contain iron, zinc, phosphorus and selenium.  Pork meat also can be consumed in a diet because it is can be prepared in healthy way. It is great source of protein which helps in repairing and maintaining body tissue and muscle mass. When you prepare slow cooker recipe always use boneless meat.

Ingredients
1 (3-4 pound) pork tenderloin
1 tbsp of dry or fresh rosemary
I thin sliced lemon
3 cloves of sliced garlic.
freshly ground black pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

Arrange garlic slices evenly over the bottom of the slow cooker, and then place the roast on top of the garlic. Sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, rosemary and pepper. Bruise the rosemary, lemon and mince or slice the garlic - anything quick - it doesn't need to be pretty. Cover, and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours, or on High for 3 to 4 hours.

Note: if you don't have a slow cooker, you can also make this in a Dutch oven or other heavy covered pot. Cook at 250ºF for about 4 hours.
